Arizona Partners acquired Plaza de Fiesta on the NWC of Alma School Rd. and Guadalupe in Mesa, AZ in April of 2015.

The site is very outdated and is set to start major renovations in the 4th quarter of 2015.

The Angry Crab has expanded since the purchase to now occupy 9,138 SF of space.
